Kelly Doran, raised right here in Rhode Island, started her work experience 15 years ago in the hospitality industry. The need to help those around her grew into working in non-profits benefiting Rhode Island and the people who live there. As the Operations Manager of Youth in Action, she works with the team collective to help achieve goals, maintain the house on Broad, and prides herself in always lending a helping hand. Her office door is always open to our young people and our adult staff, and she works daily to bring in safety, wellness and openness to the agency. Kelly considers herself an adult ally to all young people. When Kelly is not working, she is at home with her family and her beloved dog, cooking, watching movies, and simply enjoying life. Kelly is on a never ending quest of self improvement, community outreach and wellness.
